I've just upgraded to 8.10, and when I start it, the sound works normally for about 10 seconds, and after that it becomes totally distorted and laggy. In 8.04 everything worked ok.
I've tried removing pulseaudio, but this didn't help. Now rhythmbox doesn't start playing at all, and system sounds still lag after ~10 seconds after boot.

If I can't fix this problem, I'll have to return back to 8.04, which is really bad.
And the strange thing is, when I run LiveCD, everything seems to work ok. But after a (clean) install everything becomes broken.
