Intrepid on Thinkpad T61: Sound not working

Hello guys,

I was happily using Hardy on my Thinkpad (T61, Intel T8100) when sound stopped working after upgrading to Intrepid. I heard there was a new sound architecture or something.

Any idea what's going on, and how to fix my sound?
