Dell's "Ubuntu"?

Hi im a dell user and saw just the dells vesion of ubuntu for download and was around 4GB and whats included there and not in the "regular" ubuntu...
Ubuntu are normally only 700 Mega bytes on a disc.
Is there any ATI drivers for us (ATI sucks at linux drivers and you know it! I had to uninstall ubuntu because of GNOME chrached all the time.)
Is there any for 8.04 yet?
