Howto subscribe to forum

Hi,

How do i subscribe to some of the ubuntu forums, so that i dont have to visit this site and get the regular posts in my email.

this does not answer my question, can i subscribe to the forum not just thread.

Every forum has a 'link' which drops down a menu. The link has the text "Forum Tools". It contains an item with the text "Subscribe to This Forum". It is located just above the listing of the threads.
