apple mac - printer drivers

Hello
Just I thought, I don't know if this is possible cannon don't make linux drivers :-( but I have a cannon printer (cp720) in ubuntu it hasnt worked ever!! :-(
Cannon make mac driver, mac's use the CUPS system too, is there away of allow linux to install mac's drivers?
Dont think it is possible but it would be great if it could be done!!

Well Ubuntu provides a driver for it. So what exactly doesn't work? And what Ubuntu version are you using. And have you filed a bug about it?
