Running guild wars

Wine comes included in ubuntu, and, if i'm right, it runs windows games. My problem is i can't figure out for the life of me how to set it up :mad: I read on the wine website that you had to do something with the Syn - something or other (sorry, i don't have access to linux atm, so i don't exactly remember what some of the functions are called) i have to add a repisotary (something like that, again sorry). I'm not really sure if this applies if i already have it installed, and if so, how to do it. Any help would be much appreciated.

no, wine is not included in ubuntu by default. you can install it by running 'synaptic' (it's in the 'system' menu) once you have opened synaptic search for 'wine'. you just have to select it and install it once you find it.
