How many posts bring about what title with the coffee cups? I have noticed different ratings (such as "way too much ubuntu", "ubuntu baristas", "has a caffiene drip", etc.), and I am wondering how many posts it takes to get to each those levels.
Basically, how many levels are there, what are they named, how many posts qualify for each, and what is the highest?
Is there a link that points to this? Or maybe a mod/admin can post the levels?
Just curious. Thanks.

I don't know of a page that describes the cups, so here's another thread about it:

Yeah. I have read that one, and plenty of others. None of them have a direct rating system in the thread. I'm working on compiling the list myself, but when I reach the higher numbers (hundreds and thousands) the gaps between those numbers get larger, and more difficult to find the defining points between ratings. Thus, the request from a forum admin or moderator to provide such a list.

Okay. Here's what I have. How close am I?
1 to 14: Ubuntu Newbie Brew
15 to 49: 1 Cup of Ubuntu
50 to 99: 5 Cups of Ubuntu
100 to 149: Way Too Much Ubuntu
150 to 199: Dipped in Ubuntu
200 to 299: Has a Caffeine Drip
300 to 399: 100% Ubuntu
400 to 599: Village Brew Master
600 to 699: Ubuntu Espresso Roast
700 and up: Walking Coffee Mug
Administrator: ...Super Ubuntu Blend... (which only Kassetra (http://www.ubuntuforums.org/member.php?u=7047) is a member of)
Administrator: Ultimate Coffee Grinder
Moderator: Ubuntu Master Roaster
Bahamut, Desktop, Green, Hardware, Kubuntu, Tweaker Teams: Ubuntu Baristas
Team Leads: Ubuntu Apprentice Roasters
So the next question is why is Kassetra the only "...Super Ubuntu Blend..."? Is he/she the site owner?

I changed into a Walking Coffee Mug at 600 posts, but that was a while ago...the scale may have changed a bit since then.
So the next question is why is Kassetra the only "...Super Ubuntu Blend..."? Is he/she the site owner? She coded most of the cool stuff on the site. I think that deserves an extra-cool title. Well, that and the constantly-changing PowerPuff Girl avatar.

Typically, we don't show the post number -> title correlations because they're supposed to be just a fun little "extra" - instead of having the titles be goals for people to reach. Also, we do change the titles/post number system a bit, to keep things fresh. :)
All of the service-related titles are generally volunteer staffing; baristas, roasters, grinders, etc.
My title - when I started working for the forums, ubuntu-geek gave me a special title, and I've just kept it. :)
matthew - my avatar has to keep up with the changing seasons, you know. :) I have a couple of fun surprises in store for my avatar... for next month. :)

Sorry to break the rules. Being a forum admin myself at a couple other forums, I don't understand why it would matter whether or not people know the post number to tiltle correlation. Oh well. Not bad for figuring it out, though, eh? :D

Where is your golden ticket?
Or, more importantly, where are the oompa-loompas?
(Please don't answer that. I'd rather not know.)

See, if I tell you, then I'll have to tell everyone, and then the oompa-loompas would be stuck doing birthday parties for kids, retirement parties... and I just couldn't do that to them, you know?

Yeah, and then they'd commodified and banal and the next thing you know we'd all have oompa-loompa tattoos on our nipples.
