Ut2004 linux installer

Well i have just been trying to install ut2004 and on cd2 it comes with an error saying 'the setup program seems to have failed on x86/glibc-2.1 '

Anyone got a solution?

Or maybe a different Linux installer , i cant seem to find one anywhere

Are you running 64-bit of Ubuntu?

Mine was the DVD version and there was no installer on the DVD. Found an installer online, but the game runs kinda buggy and I can't get mods to work. As for your install I believe you're missing a certain dependency, but I'm not sure.

edit: I believe I fixed that error installing a dependency, but if that's not it you can try step 4 from this post. http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=2520718&postcount=1

Yes i am running a 64 bit machine but i have installed it once but all i needed was a new Linux installer
