nquake and quake 2 installation guide

well i need a guide on how to install nquake and quake II on ubuntu hardy 8.04 x64, if someone could direct me to one, or make me one it would be great, cuz time ago i tried to install nquake, but i couldn't run it, didn't know what happend :S, bye

hi thanks for the guide, well i found on internet this .run to install quake 2, but when i try to run it, it gives me this error,

/home/karasu/.setup9259: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-1.2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

i'm using ubuntu intrepid x64, do you know how can i "fix" this??, thanks bye

Try this:

sudo apt-get install libgtk1.2
