RTC Tweak in MCC

I am playing around with my system a bit, and on my BE/FE, I enabled the RTC Tweak under Advanced in the MCC. However, when I went to do the same on my remote FE, the option is greyed out and not available for changing. Both machines are using the same video card.

Shouldn't this option be enabled regardless of whether the machine is set up as a BE or not?
