I have the new macbook pro and I would like to get ubuntu running on it. I have OSX and windows installed, therefore bootcamp will not allow me to make another partition. I have decreased the size of my osx partition and made a new FAT partition I want to use for ubuntu. Every ubuntu on macbook pro guide I can find either requires using bootcamp (which means no windows) or reformatting the entire hd which will remove my music my apps and everything which would take way to long to replace. So, is there a guide someone can point me at to add ubuntu to a macbook pro that is currently running macosx and windows, that doesn't require formatting the entire hd?
Thanks,
Max
