UT2003 No Video

I installed UT2003 on my machine today with no problems, but when I run the game I just get a blank screen with a message that looks like something off of my monitors options menu.

I'm running an AMD64 3200+ and an ATi x800PRO 256mb on the 32bit version of Ubuntu. The message just bounces around on my screen and it says something like: "Not optimal screen resolution: 1280x1024 @ 60 mhz." Or something like that. I've installed the latest ATi fglrx drivers as well. I get sound and I can hear my my mouse hover the menu.

Does anyone have an idea of what I could do to get video? Thanks.

I thought patching the game might work so I downloaded the latest patch (2225). I tried using loki_update but it wasn't working. So I'm going to try the manual route.


Applied the patch. Still no help.

I can't offer any advice.

Unfortunately I can tell you that Loki went out of business through miss management.
