Hi, please excuse if this has already been discussed (tricky to do a search on this one), can anyone help?
Seems to be common, I can connect my laptop to my Linksys router via ethernet and wirelessly when there is no security. When I put the laptop into security mode I choose "WPA Personal" and Encryption "TKIP" and make a passphrase...when I try to connect wirelessly from laptop using passphrase it's a no go.
Here are my specs:
Old Apple iBook G3
running Debian...hopefully not considered off topic but btw, I had Ubuntu on the same machine and had the same problem recently. Needed a fresh install anyway and chose Debian.
I've had this machine connecting wirelessly w/ passphrases in the past no problem now why the arghghg?
