OK, this is a 6.06 server I built in 2006. In 2007 I upgraded Apache from 2.0 to 2.2 and the site was running great, but when I reboot it reboots into 2.0 and not my newer 2.2. How can I tell the server to run 2.2 (in /usr/local/apache2) and not the 2.0 (/var/www). Do I need to do something in /etc/init.d? How do I force it to start up Apache 2.2 and not 2.0?
