VMWare: Finally suport for Compiz? (3d support)

I found this feature on the vmware website.

"Support for DirectX 9.0c with Shader Model 2 3D graphics."

Does it mean you can now virtualize ubuntu on windows and run compiz and other 3d apps on your ubu?

VMWare only supports DirectX now and doesn't visualize OpenGL (used by Ubuntu and Compiz). But Windows as a guest will work. :popcorn:
