wanna learn more about Compiz

iv been hearing alot about this compiz but i really dont know what it does or how 2 use it ... can someone explane it to me and maybe hlp me make it work ??

What I did was youtube Ubuntu+Compiz to see alot of the effects compiz had to offer. You can add it from Add/Remove programs
