Hi,

I'm running an AMD Sepron 2800+ with 512 Mb RAM with I believe a SiSM760GX video chipset. While this isn't designed for gaming, I am able to run the likes of Return to Castle Wolfenstein fairly smoothly under windows so theoretically I should be able to play linux games such as Penguin Racer at a decent frame rate, which I am not able to at the moment. While I've seen a lot about how to set up ATI and NVidia cards under Linux , I haven't seen anything about setting up integrated (is that the word?) chipsets under Linux.

Can anybody help me with this? Please note, I am fairly new to Linux.

Cheers

I did some Googling ( in the linux section ) about the SiSM760GX video chipset.
The Linux 3D hardware support for that video chipset seems to range fromm poor to nil.
I'm afraid you'll be on your own for this one.

Maybe that thread posted in the video section of the forum might help:
