VirtualBox Help

Hello. I'm trying to install VirtualBox onto my Ubuntu 7.10 release, but it says that my "libqt3-mt" is not satisfiable. I have no internet access, so I can't use apt-get install to get the missing dependacy. If there's a offline way to install it, then that would be EXTREMELY helpful. It would also help if someone would walk me thorugh the installation process. Thanks!

you need the dependencies. download them onto a usb key then from usb to your computer.
