8.04 Youtube Videos Choppy

A lot of times when trying to watch video on youtube, it is very choppy.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Maybe I need to upgrage the RAM in my laptop or something? or install a driver?
How do I check how much RAM I have, and the processor speed and such?

have you people tried Flash 10 (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash)? works great for me.

I upgraded to Flash 10, and some videos seem to play better, yet some are still choppy.

try, right click the flash video window, disable the hardware acceleration
