I have recently set up a dual boot system ubuntu and vista. ubuntu can access my vista drive but whn i am in vista it can't see my ubuntu drive. it is there in device manager though. any idea how i can access files from vista off my linux drive?

Naturally, Windows won't be able to see your linux partition because Microsoft doesn't provide any support for non Microsoft file-systems. If your google around you may be able to find some third party apps that may be able to mount ext3 and reiserfs.

Agreed.. There are drivers out there that will allow vista to read you Linux drive.
