Hi.

I'm playing with Ubuntu PPC for the first time (in a Mac G4-400), and I think the system is very good. However, I'm not satisfied with the video performance, which I think is very poor. My video card is an ATI Rage Pro 128 (original). Looking at /var/log/Xorg.0.log, I found this warning:

(WW) R128(0): Video BIOS not detected in PCI space!
(WW) R128(0): Attempting to read Video BIOS from legacy ISA space!
(WW) R128(0): Video BIOS not found!

This could be cause for my problem?

Thanks,
