webserver problem

I was installing a webserver when i had do run the following command "sudo apt-get install php4-mysql" but he does not find the package !
what do i have to do?

Check if you have enabled universe and multiverse repositories.

I can't open that when I insert my password it says 'unable to copy the users xauthorization file'
