Wireless problems after latest update

I have a dell inspiron 630m and after the recent updates have lost my connections to do with Wireless (main connection) and ethernet which meens I can not connect to the internet at all, and this is causing great problems. If you can help please do.

go to the terminal and type lshw -C network and post output here

Thank you so much for helping me, but I have downgraded to a slightly older kernal and it is working. The latest kernal is dodgey when it comes to networking or Dell/Intel laptop. The change to a older kernal you need to modify grub (ubuntu booting system). I choose "3" and it is working fine :KS
