I bought a system76 Serval Performance back in February, and it's worked out great, very nice computer (with some free upgrades thrown in!). However, after leaving college, I find I rarely use it as a portable computer, and I would like to sell it, buy a desktop, and make a few hundred dollars; the problem is that no one wants to buy what they see as a "no-name" laptop (I've tried Craigslist and Facebook, no joy). Has anyone had a good experience selling a used computer without Windows on it? If so, can you give me any advice?

Suggest taking a tax write-off, and donating to a school or non-profit.

Give it to someone who needs it.

I know I am a n00b here but I was just poking around after I joined and saw this post. Do you have the links to the Craigslist ad as I may look for a laptop in the near future?
