Hey I recently installed call of duty 4 from the source with the 3dmark.diff patch (see http://www.fsckin.com/2008/02/21/how-to-run-call-of-duty-4-cod4-modern-combat-in-linux/ for installation details for call of duty 4 linux) and I get the error...

"----- Initializing Renderer ----
----- Client Initialization Complete -----
Attempting 44 kHz 16 bit [Windows default] sound
----- R_Init -----
Getting Direct3D 9 interface...
Pixel shader version is 2.0
Vertex shader version is 2.0
Video card or driver doesn't accelerate dynamic textures.
Video card or driver doesn't support separate alpha blend, glow will be disabled.

Error during initialization:
Video card or driver doesn't support separate alpha blend, glow will be disabled."

I use ATI graphics card and I know that I can't use alpha glow dynamic textures ect... anyway is there a way to either turn these features off in terminal of disable this error? Cheers.

I figured out part of the problem I think my main problem is with ATI. OpenGl supposedly isn't as compatible with ATI as with NIVIDA so I still have no fix.Still need some answers. Thanks
