Garbled Windows with Intel graphics

I've noticed garbage in windows that haven't finished loading. It happens most often with Firefox, but I've seen it in other applications as well.

I also have another laptop running Intrepid with an Intel GM915. I don't have any screenshots, but that machine also is showing occasional flickers and garbled output that may be related.

I can also confirm this. I'm also getting dialogs with no borders and no title bars.

I can confirm this too, however, this happens with some windows and not all,In my case, this happens with only the Wine Windows.
