Which package supplies desktop backgrounds?

I just did an update and expected the new wallpaper to be there in my selection box but it isn't.

So which package is it that holds ubuntu's wallpapers?

It is in ubuntu-wallpaper but there is officially no new wallpaper.. The people who have been given new wallpapers are using PPA for Kenneth Wimer
