Hi there folks,

I've installed Ubuntu on my oldie iMac G3 DV/SE to reborn it from being a typewriter as repairing network at apple costed 20 times more than the usb-ethernet 802.3 adapter (not working under os X, working seamlesly on Ubuntu).

One thing I still haven't figured out is how to handel Brightness and Contrast, as these "awesome" (ha) machines don't have external controls and these tasks are handled by software.

If anyone knows, or has found a way to get Brightnes and Contrast controls to work I'll be very happy,

Best regards.

Yes.. and I would like to know also :-k Adjustment to screen sizing and orientation wouldn't go amiss either
Oh Hum... should I have left OS9.2 on the 'back-burner' just for this kind of adjustment or has Ubuntu got a secret door to these controls ;) ;) Heres hoping..any clues folks? Radiolad.
