Hi,
I installed compiz and the ATI drivers and as soon as it was complete both were working perfectly. Then I rebooted. For some reason I can get into X now and being a newb I don't know what the process of removing drivers is yet. Also before I restarted I had installed compiz and did ctrl+alt+backsp and I ended up with 2 white desktops, but I could change desktops and see my mouse.
My question is, how do I remove drivers from the command line and why did everything work right when I had freshly installed them?
