[SOLVED] foobar 2000 and flac

I just cannot add flac support to foobar. foobar 2000 home says it supports flac natively. Not so in wine, at least on my machine. Is there a trick to make foobar encode/decode flac under wine?

By "encode/decode" you mean ripping a CD to flac?

My specific need is converting other formats to FLAC. I don't know if foobar can rip CD or not, but I just use different programs to do that.
