Can't burn any CDs in windows

I am trying to burn ubuntu inside windows. I have used several different burning applications. Each one claims to burn the disk. It goes through the whole process and spits out the "completed" disk. However the disk is always still blank. Can anyone help?

I use Nero and use Windows XP for burning ISOs. I assume you want to burn a Ubuntu CD.

If you have Nero Express 6

Open Nero

Click "Disc Image or Saved Project"

Then it will open a Window

(I normally download ISO's to desktop)

Find the file and click it into the Window

Burn at the lowest speed you can...then it should work.
