Videos wont load

This is a new problem for me. I can see videos (youtube, other flash sites) and they play for 1 second, then stop loading and wont play. I can still see the picture though, so i dont think it is a codec or plugin issue. any ideas?

bump. All videos only load about 1/4 of the way, then they stop loading, and wont play.

Hi, Don't no what your problem might be. but if its any help I use Firefox with the following plugins:
Shockwave Flash 10.0. r22.
Quicktime Plug-in 72.0
VLC Multimedia.
DownloadHelper.
Video's play great for me. You can get the plugins from Mozilla Firefox web.
