well... simply copying my post form the kubuntu forum:
when i boot the live cd its strange, but... it doesnt see my network, it only sees 1 or sometimes if i turn the wifi on/off it sees 2 networks, when there are like 5 in my neighborhood, so... very weird so far.
i have static ip btw, but no point even talking about that since i cant see the bugger.
one question though-whats the syntax used when setting your dnss' in the knetwork manager(in the last part).
im assuming its comma separated, like >198.168.1.1,65.444.546.78,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,etc...
anyone know?
also, there is a bug with kmix not working properly(when i press sound up, it only calls the thing but doesnt turn the sound up, and the likes), but i guess i should post that elsewhere...
