I'm running a pretty new install of kubuntu 8.04.1 Hardy 32-bit and don't know how to set up my monitors the way I want them. I have a GeForce FX5200 with 256 Mb of RAM and two monitors. I'd like to have the monitors set up as TwinView. I tried to install the drivers from nVidia's web site, which led to a Kubuntu reinstall. Also, I'd like to have Compiz enabled on both monitors.

Where do I begin?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know how, but I got it to display on both monitors. Now it's wanting to display in 640x480 on both. I previously had it running at 1280x1024 on one monitor and would like to have that resolution on both.

Here's my xorg.conf and a screenshot of the current ugliness.
