[SOLVED] RotoScoping An *.3GP Video From My Cell Phone

Hello,
I'm wondering how to decompose an *.3GP file into its component frames so that I may animate on top of them. I can currently play back this format with totem. Is there something I can do on the command line to make gstreamer spew some bitmaps into a folder?
