Hi,
I know that Ubuntu will always be free with free support. I presume then that Kubuntu and Xubuntu and Edubuntu are included!
What other Linux distros will always be free. Will Mint Linux always be free?

Hard to say which will remain free for the future, but there will always be a lot of free distros out there to choose from. Some distros going commercial won't be a big issue really as there will be multiple free alternatives.

actually it depends on the generation and the company to keep it free, things were promised always free in the past and now u pay for them... :) just take a look into history... but remember FREE is NOT always a good thing...

ubuntu isnt 100% free in all senses of the word. have a look at what distros the FSF recommends (http://www.gnu.org/links/links.html#FreeGNULinuxDistributions). they'll stay free.

There's free as in doesn't cost anything, and there's free as in I can do whatever I want with this program. Since ubuntu comes with the proprietary drivers for ATI and Nvidia graphic cards, it's not free in the latter sense. There is gobuntu however, which is free in both senses.
