[SOLVED] I have no audio

I have no audio. I have just loaded and setup mythbuntu.

Is there a simple cause for this, it's not the mute.

Any ideas.

I put the plug in the blue instead of the green audio socket.DOH!

i don't know your audio out( ie... spdif) but check alsa mixer

sudo alsamixer
