Hi.
First off, just installed hardy heron on a new vostro 1500 and am loving it. The fact that this is the ONLY problem I've had so far shows the progress of Ubuntu. So, thanks ubuntu!
Only problem I've found so far is when I close the lid on my dell, the wireless networks disappear. Suspend and hibernate work fine (and wireless resumes when I reopen), but when I close the lid it seems that the wireless card is turned off or the networks disappear. After I restart I am fine.
Think this is a bios issue, or something in ubuntu? Haven't tried it in XP yet, maybe i should. Again, small issue, but would be open to hearing opinions. For some reason as well I never have my LED wireless light on even when it is working.
Thanks!
