This is a quick Tip/HowTo--If you have changed your panels to something less than solid color (Right click on a panel>Properties>Background>Solid Color>Style), you will see a "slider" for Transparent---Opaque. Well, it's kind'a hard to judge a slider, So----

To make all panels the same opacity---Open Configuration Editor & GoTo /apps/panel/toplevels--you will see the panel(s) you have. Tick open the arrow for the panel to get to the "background" preferences--Change the "opacity" number by right clicking on the number & choose "edit" It must be a 5 digit number--the lower the number, the more transparent the panel--;)
