Hi all,

I've got a couple issues with VMWare running on my laptop. One of them is about the physical computer itself, the other is a Vista question (ugh!)

1) When the laptop is unplugged, it automatically dims itself when idle. This is a good thing. When I am using my VM with the laptop unplugged, it dims itself even though I'm using the VM. This is a bad thing. So it seems that the physical machine believes I am idle when I am in my VM. Is there a way to make that stop?

2) Vista question. Sorry. Like I said, I'm on a laptop so I go on several different networks a day. Whenever I move and use the VM, Vista calls that "Network n" (n is an integer) and asks to assign it as a Home, Work, or Public location. Is there a way to automatically set the Location as, say, Home?

Thanks!
