All made by me in The Gimp. I like them, and I hope someone else here does too!

but it wouldn't let me upload it. Sorry about it being DeviantArt, but it's just that's on my desktop, and I'm on my laptop atm.

The first, second and fourth are good :) . I find the third to be a bit too heavy and hard on the eyes, but still, it's a good job !

I kinda like the fourth one. The color isn't great, but that could easily be changed with GIMP.

I liked the second one. The first one looks pixelated.

All of them are far too small for my desktop though.

I run on a 37" LCD HDTV at 1920x1080, finding good wallpapers for this monitor sucks.

Suggestion: Create them at least twice as big as you intend the final size to be, then resample. In the gimp, this would be "scale image" with interpolation set to anything other than "none". It will get rid of the jaggies and make it look better.

Well, that does sound like a good idea, on the scaling thing, I tend to make these sporadically, it's sort of when I'm bored, kind of like doodling on my homework, just on my desktop.
