SCUMMVM and Broken Sword 1 problem

Hi everyone! I'm trying to play Broken Sword 1: The Shadow of the Templars but I'm having a problem with it: the game doesn't launch and SCUMMVM closes when I try to launch the game. I tried to do it from console and the log says:
Trying to start game 'Broken Sword 1: The Shadow of the Templars'
Unexpected cow header size 1734636390!

Any help would be appreciated :D

Just delete the /SPEECH dir and the SPEECH.CLU file in the game directory
