Hi,

I would like to solve my problem, if I install flashplayer 9 from the repositories, in opera I can't see a picture, only sound in any flash-animation, including videos on youtube etc...

The Firefox flash player works fine, but I don't like the Firefox and I want to use Opera.

Is there a way to solve this ?

Try Flash 10. It's beta but worked fine for me under both FF (via nspluginwrapper) and Opera under Ubuntu 8.04.1 64 bit.

Well, I tryed to use nspluginwrapper for installation of flash under opera, but it gave me errors with libriaries. In the guides I have found only dead links to libraries which I need...

And I have HH

Ok, so I managed to install flash player 10RC plugin on Opera too, but I still get no video at all. Youtube, onlinegames etc... only sound..

(And I have upgraded to Intrepid Ibex :P )

1) If you upgraded, it could have carried over the problem. It works for me. I would do a clean install and see if that works for you.

2) What are your system specs? Others with those specs may have the same problem.

1) Same problem, no change

2) MB: asus p5q pro
CPU: Intel c2q q6600
GPU: Radeon HD 4850 ( Open drivers )

else I think doesn't matter
