dual boot: using the media direct button on E1505

i want to make my laptop have the ability to boot into vista or ubuntu. right now it's set up to boot to Ubuntu when i press the power button. i want to install windows vista in a way that will let me boot into vista by pushing the "media direct" button.

has anyone set up this kind of dual boot before and where do i start?
