I am a Linux newbie. I recently used the Synaptic Package Manager to remove the nessus application. However, the shortcut to nessus remains in the system tools menu. Can someone please tell me how to remove the shortcut? Thanks.

In breezy there is a tool to add or remove shortcuts in the menu bar called smeg. It's in the first menu tab in admistration if i remember well.
You could also just type smeg in the terminal.

Smeg took care of it, and now I've learned something new about Linux.
Thanks.
