what does error rrq stand for and how do you fix it?

This won't help you much, but RRQ generally means Read Request. So there was an error reading something.
(But I could be wrong, there are 1 million and 1 TLAs out there!)

Can you be more specific where you got this error? How did you arrive at this point?
