I just bought a new computer and did a disk defragment, but it says that there are a few sectors right before the end of the disk, so i wouldn't be able to partition it using vista's partition editor. I would like to find a way to move these sectors so that I could partition the hard drive to make room for ubuntu. I have looked around, and only finding disk defragmenter's, and they are not moving them. If anyone could help me it would be appreciated.

Hi , Have you tried resizing your partitions ? Plus what do you mean by
there are a few sectors right before the end of the disk
?
