Old Program Files?

Hi!
I recently Add/Removed these things from my computer:

Call of Duty Demo
Stardock Object Bar
WinRAR

My problem is that they are still listed in the Program Files area (as a folder, of course) as if they were installed, even after I rebooted. Just to be safe: Can I delete these folders?

If you have uninstalled those programs there is no reason you should not be able to delete the old folder.

Go ahead and delete the folders, I have done so. If you see whats in them, you'll probably find some text files or nothing.
