Ubuntu 8.04
VMware: 1.0.6 build-91891
In one of my machines using Windows 2000 Professional, my top row of keys, that should normally display:
1234567890 - No-Shift
!@#$%^&*() - Shift
Instead display:
ąčęėįšųū90 - No-Shift
ĄČĘĖĮŠŲŪ() - Shift
Looks French to me. I am not having any problems in the Ubuntu Desktop environment, nor in another machine that is running Windows 2000 Server. So I wen to check the setting inside Windows to make sure the keyboard and regional settings are correct, and this is what I have:
Control Panel -> Keyboard -> Hardware:
Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard
Control Panel -> Keyboard -> Input Locales:
English (United States) US
Both are the same in both machines. ](*,) Any ideas? Thanks.
