Hi all, I'm interested in learning how to write bash scripts. I've got previous experience on VB at school and on JAVA at university level. What language is used for the bash scripts in ubuntu? Anyone know of any good how-tos that'll teach me the basics?

There is also the abs-guide in the repositories.


sudo apt-get install abs-guide
